Back when we were still in the early planning stages of our new book, Bracha’s awesome and wise nephew, Meshulam Myers, came up with a great idea.

“Why don’t you put in a How To Draw guide to teach kids how to draw the Kichels?” he suggested.

We thought that was a great idea (especially Bracha, who’s always wished that she could draw the Kichel family). It was a new challenge for Chani, who’d never created a How To Draw guide, but one she was eager to tackle. After a bit of experimenting, she came up with a simple guide that can get even non-artists producing genuine Kichel art in just a few minutes.

But don’t take our word for it–try it out and let us know how it goes! And we’d love to see (and post!) your artwork.

What do you think–can we go on vacation?
